My name is Kai Cohan, and this is more than a ministry practice. This is a call. I am a Master of Biblical Theology student, a Young Adult Leader, and a mentor - but before any of that, I am your brother in Christ.
I believe in the power of intentional, one-on-one discipleship. Men need brothers who will walk the road with them. Brothers who sharpen them through Scripture, hold them to the high calling of God, and remind them who they are when the world works overtime to tell them otherwise.

This is not a self-improvement program with a Bible verse on the cover. To grow as Christian men, we start where we have to start - Jesus Christ. Your identity in Him is the wellspring of everything. Mentoring at Sons for Glory is anchored there, because formation that doesn't begin with Christ isn't formation - it's renovation. As the Apostle Paul put it plainly, "No one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 3:11). When a man's foundation holds, the rest of his life - his relationships, his leadership, his work - can be built strong and true.

Because this isn't just about you. Sons For Glory carries a bigger vision than any one man. We are raising up men who will turn around and bring others with them. Leaders who form leaders. Disciples who make disciples. As Paul charged Timothy, "What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also" (2 Timothy 2:2).
Mentoring is the vehicle. Imago Dei is the destination. We are shaping husbands, fathers, pastors, business owners, and young men - men who are determined to reflect the image of God in how they live, how they serve, how they love, and how they lead.
